The formal dining area has a large table with seating for six. The vaulted ceiling emphasises the feeling of spaciousness.

The lounge area is luxuriously furnished with one two-seater and one three-seater sofa, which converts into a queen size sleeper bed. This room offers the extended family additional space with a music centre for additional relaxation. Telephone answer machine and fax is also provided.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and other mod cons. Leading from the kitchen is a large utility room which accommodates an American size washer and tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Family Room

This room has patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. It is well furnished in a Floridian style with two- and three-seater sofas and a single easy chair. Ideal for relaxing and watching television or DVD.

A spacious room furnished in limed oak with a king -sized bed. This room provides ample wardrobe and drawer space together with a television.

Master En-Suite

The luxurious en-suite facilities include a toilet, large oval bath, 2 separate vanity areas with wash hand basins and a large shower enclosure. 

Second Double Bedroom

This room has a double bed, ample drawer space and large fitted wardrobe area. It is located immediately adjacent to the pool bathroom which opens directly onto the pool deck

BREAKFAST AREA

This is located adjacent to the kitchen, looking onto the lanai and pool. It contains a circular table and seating for 4 persons.

Bedroom 3

Twin-bedded room, with drawers and fitted wardrobes. Bright and colourful theme aimed at the younger generation. Located adjacent to the second bathroom.

Bedroom 4

Twin-bedded room, with drawers and fitted wardrobes. Conveniently located adjacent to bathroom room 2, and suitable for guests of all ages.

SWIMMING POOL, LANAI & SUN DECK

The lanai is fitted with a large ceiling fan to offer optional protection from the hot Florida sun. The extended sundeck surrounds the swimming pool, providing plenty of space for relaxing. The pool itself, at approximately 30 feet in length and 15 feet wide, is larger than average. Both the lanai and  pool deck are illuminated, allowing full use of both at all times even after dark. There are a number of sun loungers, a table and chairs, making the area ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. The view to the rear is a westerly aspect ensuring a plentiful supply of sunshine and magnificent Florida sunsets. A fine mesh screen surrounds the deck to keep out any bugs, but without blocking the sun. The whole area is protected by pool alarms to ensure children cannot access the area without adult supervision.
